Order & payment

  • If you wish to receive your 10% customer discount, start by logging in or registering.

  • Choose your desired product, colour and size

  • Add your product to your shopping cart for home delivery or choose collection in one of the stores where the product is available.

  • Once you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, go to your shopping cart

  • Add any discount codes or gift cards

  • Go to the checkout and enter your billing address and delivery address

  • Check your chosen delivery method and products.

  • Accept the Terms & Conditions, choose your preferred method of payment and click 'pay'.

You will need an account to enjoy your 10% customer discount and keep track of your purchase history. You can log in at ‘My Account’ or during checkout.

  • If you’re a new customer, enter your email address and click ‘Register’. On the next page you can enter all your personal information needed to process your order.
  • Are you already a customer in one of our branches, but you don’t have a password yet? Enter your email address and click on ‘forgot password’. Make sure to use the email address that is linked to your customer account.
  • Do you already have a login?
    • Was this login created in this new webshop? Then you can log in with your email address and password.
    • Was the login already being used in our old webshop? Then please appy for a new password by entering your existing email address and clicking 'forgot password'. An email will be send to your address to set up a new password.

If your product is no longer available in your desired size or colour, send us a quick email to shop@emmers.be. Clearly state the desired product, colour and size.

If a product is out of stock, you can check via shop@emmers.be whether you can still order it. Note that the delivery time will be longer, depending on our supplier.

If you already received a confirmation email from us, you can only change or cancel your order by contacting us via webmaster@emmers.be or telephonically to +32 (0)11 664 773.

If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it. However, you can still return your order after receiving it or drop it off at one of our shops.

It is currently not possible to track your order online. When your package is sent, you will receive the track and trace number so you can track the shipment.

Emmers Equestrian can not be held responsable for any fraudulent practices committed by third parties. Be careful with the information you share.

You can also pay online with your Emmers Equestrian gift card. To do so you must enter two codes at ‘discount codes’ at the bottom of the shopping cart:

  • at ‘gift card code’: you should here enter the code shown on the left, below the barcode of your gift card
  • at ‘web code’: you should here enter the three-digit code shown on the right, at ‘web code’ on your gift certificate

Only gift certificates with the web code can be used online. Other gift vouchers can only be redeemed in one of our shops.

Gift cards have a residual value. If the value of your gift card exceeds the value of your order, you can use the remaining credit with your next purchase online or in store.

The complete amount must also be paid immediately with Click & Collect orders. The same exchange and return conditions apply as with home deliveries. If you want a different product or different size, you can immediately exchange it for another product in the store if it is in stock. The reason is we aim to completely prepare your purchase for pick-up at the counter so you can shop time efficiently and have to wait as little as possible. 

To ensure the security of your online payments and personal data, the transaction data is encrypted using SSL technology before being sent over the internet. No special software is needed to pay with SSL. You can recognise a secure SSL connection by the lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser.

If your payment succeeded, you will see a confirmation screen. Your order will be final as soon as we confirm it via email and your payment has been authorised by your card issuer.

If you are an existing customer in our stores or online and you always have your purchases invoiced, then normally there will be no issue for you and your invoice will be sent automatically after purchase. In case of problems, do not hesitate to contact webmaster@emmers.be.

If you are a new customer and you would like an invoice, it is necessary to register. Please mention your VAT number, the name and address of your company in the required fields while registering. For your first time order, send us an email before placing your order, with the request of receiving an invoice. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the adjustment is in order so that you can pay for your order. You will automatically receive the invoice afterwards. 

If you have a company with a valid VAT number that is located outside of Belgium, you can buy excluding VAT.  

Our prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes and levies, VAT and services. There will be no unpleasant surprises when buying from Emmers Equestrian. Possibly transportation costs will be added to your purchase. Do not worry though, as we will always notify you of these costs before you place your order. The shipping costs that you pay when completing your online order are fixed prices, depending on the destination country. After years of experience, we have noticed that these shipping costs we owe to the post offices are usually very close to the shipping costs our customers have to pay. When your order is heavier or larger than a standard package, and the paid shipping costs are not enough to ship your package, we will contact you and ask you to pay for extra shipping costs.

Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside the European Union, you will not be required to pay VAT, but you will be charged an import fee. These costs depend on the order and the country of destination. These import costs are for the customer.

In case you are loggin in as a customer, you will enjoy a 10% customer discount on all advice prices, same as in store. This means: on every article that has the 'Receive a 10% customer discount' banner, you will receive a 10% discount, transparant as that. Also as a new customer and on all your purchases from now on! 

Please note: the discounted price is not visible in the product lists or product detail page, but you can check it at any time in your shopping cart.

On items that are already on sale, you will not receive an additional 10% discount. The discounts will not be cumulated.
