With the Samshield Configurator, you can design your perfect helmet, and we’ll make sure your creation becomes reality.

Step 1: Design your dream helmet

Go to the official configurator and personalize every detail!

Step 2: Receive your personal Samshield quote by email

After completing your design, you will automatically receive an email from Samshield with:
- A PDF quote
- An image of your configuration

Step 3: Easily order via Emmers Equestrian

Forward the email from Samshield (with the attached PDF) to:
📧 hello@emmers.eu

We’ll create your order and send you a payment request. Once payment is received, your helmet will go into production at Samshield.

Step 4: Handmade & delivered within 6-8 weeks

Your helmet is handmade in France. Once it’s ready,
we’ll either ship it to your home or notify you for in-store pickup.
