join the emmers membership and receive a 10% customer discount on all advice prices

When you are logged in as a customer, you are able to enjoy a 10% customer discount on all advice prices, just like in our stores. More specifically, this means that on all items with the banner 'Receive a 10% customer discount' , you actually receive a 10% discount at check-out, even as a new customer! 

Please note: the price after discount is not visible in the product overview page or on the product detail page. It is only visible in your shopping cart (when logged in). You can access your shopping cart and discounted prices at any given time. 

  • How do I log in to receive the 10% discount on advice prices?
    1. ​Go to 'My Account' on the top left of your page, between contact and your chosen language.
    2. Choose 'Log in'
    3. In case you are an existing customer and know your password, complete the indicated  and click 'Login'. Important: Use the same emailaddress as you are registered with in store to have all your purchases, online and in store, synchronised.
      • If you are an existing customer, but do not know your password, than fill in your emailaddress and click 'forgot password?'. You will receive an email with a link which will enable you to set/change your password. After that, you can log in. 
    4. If you are successfully logged in, a pop-up will appear at the top of the page with the text 'You are now logged in'. 

  • What are advice prices?
    • Advice prices are prices that are being suggested by the brands and are used in other stores. At Emmers Equestrian you will receive a 10% customer discount on these advice prices!
    • Besides advice prices, we also use netto prices for some articles. The reason we cannot offer you advice prices on all items, is for some brands it is simply not allow to offer discounts. Another reason might be that the margins are too low to be able to offer reductions.

  • How do I register to receive the 10% discount on advice prices?
    1. ​​​Go to 'My Account' on the top left of your page, between contact and your chosen language.
    2. Choose 'Sign up'
    3. Complete all your information. You can start by choosing if you are a private person, or willing to buy on a company. 
      • ​If you have a company and wish to receive an invoice, email us before your first purchase. Mention on what account you would wish to receive invoice and mention, if necessary, your VAT number, name and address of your company. We send you a confirmation email when the adjustments have been made, so you can finalise your purchase. When you are registered, you will automatically receive an invoice with your next purchase.​​
    4. When you are successfuly logged in, a pop-up will appear at the top of the page with the text 'You are now logged in.'
    5. If you have made a mistake in completing your information, you can always change it at 'My account'. 

Discounts do not cumulate. This means that when an item is on sale, there is no additional 10% discount. The sale price is visible in the product overview or on the product detail page.
