Promotional Terms Black Friday 2023

  • The promotion is valid from November 24, 2023 to November 27, 2023. This period cannot be extended and does not apply retroactively.

  • The actions are valid in all our stores and online. 
    Our store in Hamont will exceptionally be open on Sunday, November 26, from 1pm to 5pm
    Our store in Peelbergen keeps the standard opening hours, and will therefore be open Sunday, November 26 from 11am to 3pm.

  • Starting Saturday 25/11/2023 get 20% discount on everything from CWD (saddles excluded).

  • The 20% discount on suggested retail prices does not apply to saddles and the BOSS Equestrian brand. Some Suggested Retail Prices may be excluded from this promotion. Check the suggested retail prices page for all the items on which the discount applies. Not quite clear which products have a net or suggested retail price?   • On the Kentucky Horsewear, Kentucky Dogwear, Grooming Deluxe and Dy'on items, there is a discount of no less than 30%.

  • Items from EGO7, Veredus and Trust are discounted of no less than 20%.

  • On selected Samshield helmets you will receive 20% off. All other Samshield items are excluded from this Black Friday promotion.

  • On Kask helmets there is a discount of 15%.

  • On the Cromo 2.0 helmets from KEP Italia you will receive a 20% discount. All other articles of KEP Italia are excluded from this Black Friday promotion.

  • The discounts cannot be combined. 

  • Due to the huge crowds, store reservations during the promotional period are not possible via email or telephone contact. This can only be done through our website and payment must be made immediately. Choose to pick up your order in one of our stores. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup in the store of your choice.

  • Orders for home delivery cannot be (partially) changed to store pickup afterwards.

  • Due to busy times, an answer from our customer service may take a little longer. If it turns out that an article was indeed wrongly excluded from the promotion and you have sent a message during the Black Friday promotion period, you are still entitled to the discount after this period if the article is still in stock. If you have already ordered without the discount, the discount amount will be credited to your account. If the item is no longer in stock, then unfortunately we can no longer grant the discount.
    Of course we will do our best to answer everyone as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding!


  • The discounts only apply to items that are in stock and while supplies last.
    Therefore, no extra discount can be granted on products that were ordered in the past, or that are out of stock during the promotional period and ordered specially for you from our supplier.


  • Shop during our Black Friday weekend online or in one of our stores and get a chance to earn your full purchase amount back as a voucher! We will choose 2 winners, 1 online winner and 1 winner from in stores. Winning the full purchase amount applies to 1 purchase ticket. If you made multiple purchases (online and/or in-store), they will be considered separately. We will personally notify the winner of the correct purchase amount.

  • How do you participate in our contest? 
    Online purchase: share your purchase via an 'unboxing video' on Facebook or Instagram and tag @emmersequestrian 
    Store purchase: share your purchase via an 'unpacking video' on Facebook or Instagram and tag @emmersequestrian


  • The announcement of the winners of our "win your purchase amount back!" contest will be announced on Wednesday 20/12/2023 via our social media. 
    2 winners will be chosen, one who made the purchases in-store and one online. Winners will receive their purchase amount back as a voucher for Emmers Equestrian, to be used online or in one of our stores. 


  • PLEASE NOTE: We will never ask winners to pay or leave information via a link. Winners will be announced in our stories, afterwards the winner will have to contact us by mail himself.

  • All actions are subject to errors and typing mistakes. 

  • When in doubt: 
    -> In the store: ask an employee to scan the product 
    -> Online: the discount is visible with the article. Still think it's a mistake? That is of course always possible. Let us know (article code, color and size) by e-mail to shop@emmers.be and we will review it as soon as possible!
