  • The giveaway for the Samshield helmet worth €500 runs from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 September.
     
  • The winner will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook account on Monday 12 September.
     

  • Candidates can only have a chance to win a Samshield helmet worth €500 by following these guidelines:

    • Post a photo of you & your horse on Instagram (at a competition, a special location or just at home)

    • Use the hashtag #EmmersAtErmeloYH

    • Follow and tag us @emmersequestrian
       

  • The winner can choose a Samshield helmet worth €500. The helmet can be configurated to your own wishes, the options are endless. Check our Samshield Configurator and create your own design out of 300.000 possibilities. If the value of the chosen helmet is higher than €500, the difference in price will be charged and has to paid when the helmet is ordered.
     
  • Of course you can also choose a helmet from our enormous stock, you can immediately take it home. If we do not have the winner's helmet in stock, we will order it from our supplier. The delivery time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks. The helmet must be paid in full in advance.
     

  • If the winner chooses a helmet that is lower than €500, the rest of the money will be forfeited. The €500 can only be used for the helmet and does not apply to other products.
     

  • Participants of the promotion declare that they agree to the above conditions.

General Promotion Terms and Conditions
 

  • Each promotion has a start and end date and the promotion is only valid during this period. This period cannot be extended and does not apply to purchases made before the promotion.
  • For certain promotions, you must use a discount code online. This discount code only works when you are logged in and is valid once per account!
     
  • The validity period of the promotion is always explicitly stated and cannot be extended.
     
  • Discounts only apply to the indicated articles (if applicable).
     
  • If an article is returned after the promotion period, it cannot be exchanged for the same discount for a different color, size, or another article. After the promotion period, the original prices apply as before the promotion period.
     
  • Discounts can only be applied to items with a recommended price. Read more about the difference between recommended prices and net prices.
     
  • The discount is calculated automatically, or after entering a discount code. This discount is therefore correctly settled in the checkout screen, so you can see which articles do or do not participate in the promotion. Certain brands and/or products may be excluded from certain promotions.
  • New items or collections may be excluded.
     
  • Discounts are not cumulative. It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes or promotions. Items with a promotional price may be excluded.
     
  • Due to the immense rush, store reservations are not possible via email or phone during the promotion period. This can only be done via our website and payment must be made immediately. Choose to pick up in one of our stores. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup in the store of your choice.
     
  • Orders for home delivery cannot be (partially) converted to store pickups afterwards.
     
  • Due to the busy period, a response from our customer service may take a little longer. If it turns out that an article was indeed wrongly excluded from the promotion and you sent a message during the promotion period, you still have the right to the discount after this period if the article is still in stock. If you have already ordered without a discount, the discount amount will be placed as credit on your account. If the article is no longer in stock, we unfortunately cannot grant the discount.
    Of course, we do our utmost to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. We thank you for your understanding!

     
  • Discounts only apply to items that are in stock and while supplies last.
    Therefore, no additional discount can be granted on products that were ordered in the past, or that are out of stock during the promotion period and are specially ordered for you from our supplier.
     
  • All promotions are subject to errors and typographical errors.
     
  • Are you in doubt?

    •  In the store: ask a member of staff to scan the product

    • Online: the discount is visible with the product. Do you still think it might be an error? That is of course always possible. Let us know and we will assess it as quickly as possible! With promotions involving a discount code, the discount is settled in the checkout screen.
