Black Friday 2025 Terms & Conditions

  • The promotion is valid from 28 November 2025 until 1 December 2025. This period cannot be extended and does not apply retroactively.

  • The promotions are valid in all our stores and online.

  • Our Black Friday offers do not apply to the following brands and product categories: Activomed, Bemer, Birth Alarm, DH Solutions, Samshield, Dy'on, Kentucky Horsewear, EGO7, Equitop, Grooming Deluxe, Haygain, Kentucky Dogwear, TOTI Equestrian, Tucci, saddles, gift cards, services, and already discounted products.

  • Due to the high demand, store reservations during the promotion period are not possible via e-mail or phone. Reservations can only be made via our website and must be paid immediately. Choose in-store pickup at one of our stores. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup in the store of your choice.

  • Orders for home delivery cannot later be (partially) changed to in-store pickup.

  • Due to high demand, our customer service may take a little longer to respond. If it appears that an item was wrongly excluded from the promotion and you contacted us during the Black Friday period, you will still be entitled to the discount afterwards—if the item is still in stock. If you already ordered without the discount, the amount will be credited to your account. If the item is no longer available, we unfortunately cannot grant the discount.
    Of course, we do our utmost to answer everyone as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!


  • The discounts apply only to items in stock and while supplies last.
    Extra discounts cannot be given on products purchased in the past or on products that are out of stock during the promotion period and need to be specially ordered from the supplier.
  • All promotions are subject to errors and typographical mistakes.

  • In case of doubt:
    → In-store: ask an employee to scan the product
    → Online: the discount is visible on the product page. Still think it's a mistake? That is always possible. Let us know (product code, colour, size) by e-mail at hello@emmers.eu and we will check it as soon as possible!
