Rugs
I bought two rugs in the shop at Sentower park Belgium they were due to come before I left for home in the uk but a member if staff said they’d forgotten to tell the other store so they didn’t arrive, you did post them to me free of charge from you but we got charged £63 duty from DHL which was a blow.
It was still good customer service from you however as the member if staff owned the fact they’d forgotten instead of making something up. The rugs arrived nearly as quickly as we got home too..
